How do I order online? 

         Browse our selection of art in the ‘Buy Art’ section of the website.

2.         Select the product.

3.         Repeat this process if you wish to purchase more pieces.

4.         Once you have made your selection, proceed on to ‘Checkout’.

5.         Log in. If you are a new customer, you will need to ‘Register’. Enter your details, once you done this you will receive an email confirmation and log in details.

6.         Enter your delivery details.

7.         Continue with payment by choosing your preferred payment option (i.e. Credit Card, Cheque, NZ Bank Transfer or PayPal)

8.         Confirm your order.

9.         Enter payment details.

10.       Once payment has been approved, the order confirmation will show on the screen.

11.       A confirmation of order email will be sent to your email address. 

How do I pay?

You can pay using your credit card. 
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.

We take your privacy very seriously, so your details will be safe with us. You can view our Privacy Policy here.

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer to maintain security and prevent fraud.

What currency are the prices in?

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

How much will it cost for me to get my art work/s sent to me?

Shipping within
New Zealand is Free. Your order will be sent out through Courier Post.

There will be a cost for shipping overseas. Please contact the office on  for information on overseas shipping.

How long will it take for my art work/s to be delivered to me?

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from the office.

Orders will be dispatched during weekdays.

Your art work/s will be dispatched within 2 working days of you placing your order.

Your order will be delivered anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature will be required upon receipt of the work.

Unfortunately, deliveries will not be made on public holidays. In this instance, please expect your art work/s to be delivered by the next working day.

If I do not live in New Zealand, can I still purchase an item and have it sent to me?

Yes, we will deal with international enquiries on an individual basis.

If you have an art piece in mind, please email us on  with your enquiry. 

We will convert the price of the art piece into your currency. There will be an additional cost for shipping.

Has my order been sent/ shipped out yet?

As soon as your order is dispatched from the office, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way.

A tracking number will be provided by Courier Post. You will be able to check the delivery status of your art work/s on Allow the package 7-10 working days to arrive.

What if my artwork/s is damaged when it arrives? 

Art pieces are often delicate items. We do our best to wrap the item thoroughly to ensure safe transportation. However, it is possible that an art work may be damaged while on its way to you.

If, in the unlikely event, an art work is delivered to you damaged, we will happily exchange it with a replacement piece or reimburse you.

If this does happen, please photograph the damaged item and send us an email as soon as possible.

Once the damage has been confirmed, we can arrange for the art piece to be sent back to us. A replacement art work or reimbursement will be organised.

Please note that we will only accept art works that have been damaged during shipping. We will not cover any items that have been damaged due to modification, incorrect storage, maintenance or usage, etc by the purchaser.

Also note that a replacement art work will only be offered if stock is available.

How do I return an item?

Please note that we will only accept returned items if they have been damaged during shipping.

We aim to provide a Returns Service that is totally hassle-free for you.

Once the office has confirmed that the art work has been damaged during shipping, we can accept returns and process the replacement or reimbursement.

It can take up to 7 days (longer for international buyers) for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service is used. However once we receive them, we will ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible; this is commonly between twenty and thirty days of receiving the item.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition and wrapping. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

You will be emailed once we have received the returned art work/s.

Can I get a refund?

We will only refund items that have been damaged during shipping. If this has happened, please contact the office within 3 days of receiving your art work by emailing  or calling +64 04 801 7914.

What do I do when my order hasn’t arrived yet? 

You art work/s will be couriered to you by Courier Post.

Once your art work/s has been shipped, you will be emailed a Tracking Number and your signature will be required upon receipt of the work.

You will be able to check the delivery status of your work on using the tracking number provided to you.

Please allow 7-10 working days for your art work/s to be delivered.

What if my payment has been declined?

This can happen for a number of reasons.

Try checking the details you put in to ensure that the card details, such as your name, the expiry date and card type are correct and your billing address is the same one the card is registered to.

If the problem persists, please contact your bank for more details.
